This is a fantastic hat and really good quality.
This is fur with a rubber/resin nose, offset resin eyes, quilted tail and embroidered logo, the teeth are foam and the ears are felt. These were used in several scenes of the production. This particular hat has several dirty/schmutzy bits on it. They came from production that way. I have pictured all of them. I have pictured every scene in which these items were used.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
