This is production made and are real plastic credit cards, although not a real bank! There are duplicates of this item which is common with props. This is a set as pictured.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
