Production made Screen Used Stunt Mask. It is rubber, foam, canvas and metal. A similar one was recently in the Propstore auction (also mine) and I have included all the pictures and information on the item included in the auction just for reference.
There are a lot of “repairs” with glue, tape and staples all done during production. The inside is covered in makeup. I do not know if the makeup was Dwayne Johnsons or the stunt doubles. You can try cloning it and see what you get! This is the exact condition it came from the studio and it has been in a cloth oil free storage bag since recieving it. It is fairly heavy and really just an amazing piece.
There were several of these made for production including the hero one pictured and two stunt versions. I also have sold the hero but have both stunt versions. That is what you are buying. The stunt version. The only difference between the stunt version and the hero version is the condition as the stunt version was obviously a lot harder used. All the pictures are the version you will be purchasing.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
