Babylon 5 Nightwatch Arm Band Screen Used Prop Night Watch
This item was used on "Babylon 5" S:2 E:16 “In the Shadow of Z'ha'dum” on TNT. This is production made. This is embroidered. I believe this is the one being held in the scene as it was included in a box of costume pieces and it does not appear to be used. It looks clean and crisp like the one being held and used as a prop. It has no pin holes or velcro which if it had been used on someone's arm it would have signs of attachment which further validates it as a prop being held and not a band being used. Any COA will reflect that it was used on B5 and not the specific episode.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
