This item was used on "Babylon 5" S:2 E:20 “The Long, Twilight Struggle” & S:3 E:5 “Voices of Authority” by John Schuck as Draal as part of his costuming and throughout the series on TNT. This is made by production and is a leather base with added embellishments.

Studios will sell off their extra inventory through certain licensed auction houses. They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
