Production made for "Aquaman". This item was not seen in the movie but I believe it was used in deleted scenes. The picture is the same as the one seen in the movie and “crushed” by a soldier. I believe it was then used in a second frame later in the time line.
It is a standard frame. The picture is printed on epson photo paper and has a blue sheet behind it. I have included a picture of the frame and photo used in the actual lighthouse scene so that you can see it is the same photo.

They do not come with official studio COA's as the studio does not have the time to identify and verify every single item used on a production so they often give them to secondary auction houses to sell off assets. These items can often be picture matched if screen used or they often come with wardrobe/costume tag identifiers.
